1. Digital Marketing Coordinator (Remote - Part-Time/Flex)
We’re looking for someone passionate about helping small businesses grow through social media, email campaigns, and video repurposing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with campaign strategy and performance reporting
- Help schedule and publish content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business
- Coordinate creative assets with design and video team
- Collaborate on CRO initiatives for dental websites
- Learn and implement AI tools to streamline processes
Ideal Fit:
- Strong attention to detail
- Knows how to communicate with clients professionally
- Enjoys a creative, collaborative culture
- Background in marketing, content creation, or social media is a plus
2. Client Success Manager (Remote - Part-Time/Contract to Start)
As the liaison between our clients and creative team, you’ll ensure every campaign stays on track and overdelivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate project updates clearly with dental clients
- Help onboard new clients and maintain smooth project flow
- Schedule strategy calls and prepare reporting recaps
- Spot opportunities for client growth and engagement
Ideal Fit:
- Excellent communicator
- Organized, upbeat, and proactive
- Comfortable in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and task boards
- Experience with dental or healthcare marketing is a bonus
